RESIN & FLORAL WARNING:
Please note that due to the nature of the preservation process, bubbles or imperfections may appear in the resin after completion and fully cured. Our team makes every effort to minimize any defects, but it is important to understand that each piece is individually handcrafted and may have slight variations in appearance. Additionally, exposure to higher temperatures during shipping can also impact the resin. To ensure the best quality, please avoid leaving your package in high heat. FLORAL BOUQUETS must be Fresh - Please attach a file of the flowers so I can see how far along they are in the preservation process. Natural flower bouquets will change color in the preservation process. This is a very natural occurrence as the flower’s quality and texture will change as they’re not going through photosynthesis. Florals become more brittle and the hue tends to fade. As the flowers soak and dry in the resin, they can tend to change. Please email me if you have any questions/concerns about your custom order.

Please Make sure you choose the color of your background (if you are looking for this as a print for shirts, we can do a transparent PNG File).
The attached photo will be hand-illustrated and sent to you in your preferred format. To have it crafted on an item, simply select one of our custom items and upload the file. A copyrighted first photo will be emailed to you for confirmation. After any modifications are made and approved, the preferred file type will be sent to you.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:
Please note we are a small business. If you got something personalized with revisions you accepted before the products mailed to you, there will be no refunds. This however can exclude if there’s shipping issues, at that point, please email me all photos of packaging (as arrived), the destroyed/incorrect product. We will further address this situation.
